The Mentagram store at The Mall Bangkapi showcases a contemporary approach to shop-in-shop retail design. This innovative space seamlessly blends sleek aesthetics with practical functionality to create a dynamic shopping environment.

A primary challenge in the interior design was optimising the limited space while accommodating essential functions such as product displays, a cashier counter, a display corner, and stock storage. The triangular layout required careful spatial planning to maximise usability without compromising flow or aesthetics.

To address these challenges, the design team employed strategic zoning to allocate functions effectively. They introduced modular and customisable display fixtures that adapt to the space’s irregular geometry, ensuring efficient product presentation. The cashier area was positioned for easy access, and the stock room was tucked into a corner to optimise storage without wasting floor space.

Central to this design is the use of clean architectural lines and modular fixtures. The store emphasises sharp geometry, enhancing product visibility and organisation while maintaining a minimalist aesthetic.

Stainless steel is prominently featured, creating a modern and industrial feel. Reflective surfaces amplify lighting and spatial depth, making the store feel open and inviting. Soft flooring materials in neutral tones provide a warm, comfortable shopping environment that balances the industrial elements

Display walls prominently showcase a variety of shoes and accessories. These modular fixtures allow the store to cater seamlessly to a diverse clientele, highlighting each product effectively to create an engaging shopping experience.

High-definition digital screens are strategically placed throughout the store, displaying product highlights, brand visuals, and promotional content to connect with tech-savvy consumers and enhance the shopping journey.

The layout optimises space utilisation, providing areas for showcasing products while facilitating customer engagement. The thoughtful design prioritises flow, allowing shoppers to navigate and interact easily with the space. The prominent Mentagram branding above the central display reinforces brand recognition and serves as a visual focal point.
